It is with great pleasure today that we inaugurate the new trail  - "Hiking in Birgit Nilsson's footsteps” The trail is a collaboration between the Birgit Nilsson Museum, Västra Karups Byaråd and Båstad municipality. The round tour of 9 km on begins and ends at the museum and follows the path that Birgit Nilsson regularly walked and cycled around her childhood home. At selected places along the trail are featured stories about her life in the Bjäre Peninsula.
