Car
Plan for some extra time to find parking. There are approximately 650 parking spaces at Prästliden (about 8 minutes walk from the Tennis Stadium) and more around Båstad. If anyone in the group has difficulty walking, it is okay to drop them off at the entrance to the tennis stadium before parking your car.
Train
Take the train to Båstad Station with SJ or Öresundståg. From Båstad Station, take Skånetrafiken’s regional bus 501/502 to Båstad Torg, which is located just above the tennis stadium.
Bus
Take one of Skånetrafiken’s buses and get off at the Båstad Torg stop. From there it is walking distance to the event.

Follow the signs to Norrviken Trädgårdar. Parking is available at RAVINEN. Parking tickets are purchased in the Parkster app or by Parkster’s text message service.
Train & Bus
Visitors arriving by train to Båstad station can take the regional bus 501 towards Båstad and get off at the Båstad Norrviken stop. RAVINEN is located next to Norrvikens Trädgårdar, approximately 4 km from Båstad city centre. Current bus and train time schedule available at Skånetrafiken.

The easiest way to get to the church is by car. Free parking is available next to the church and along the village streets.

FAQ
What can I bring with me to the concert?
You may bring personal belongings that fit in your pocket, bag (30x30x10) or smaller, or items that you can carry in your hand.
You may also bring: tickets, wallet, mobile phone, warm sweater, rain jacket, water bottle, stroller, toiletry bag, bag or pouch that does not exceed the dimensions 30x30x10.
You may not bring: Your own food or drinks except for a water bottle, as well as things that may expose the audience and participants to unnecessary risks. You may not bring an umbrella to the Tennis Stadium and The Flying Dutchman.

Weather and event
Der fliegende Hollander is performed outdoors at Båstad Tennis Stadium. We will perform the show even in light rain, but safety and artistic quality is always in focus.
In case of rain
- Decisions about any delays or interruptions will be made at the start time of the show.
- The show may be postponed up to 30 minutes or temporarily paused if the rain is expected to ease.
- If the show is resumed, tickets will not be refunded.
In case of a cancelled event
- If the concert is canceled before the start, the ticket price will be refunded (excluding service fees).
- If the concert is canceled before the intermission, the tickets will be refunded.
- If the break occurs after the intermission, there is no refund.

What to wear?
There is no specific dress code for the festival events.
The Flying Dutchman
The performance is located outdoors at Båstad Tennis Stadium and is also performed in case of light rain. The concerts at Birgit Nilsson Museum are also performed outdoors in the courtyard, under cover.
We therefore recommend warm and waterproof clothing. Even on warm summer evenings, the temperature can drop after the sun sets. Many visitors brings a light jacket for extra comfort.

Tickets are available at Julius ticket service. Tickets will also be sold at the concert, subject to availability.

Do I have to print my ticket?
No, it is not necessary. We recommend that you download your ticket in advance or take a screenshot. Your digital ticket can be scanned directly from your mobile phone as long as the screen is intact and clean.
I can’t find my ticket!

The ticket office for Der fliegende Holländer is on site and opens at 5PM on August 8th.
