With car

Keep in mind that there can be a lot of traffic in and around Båstad during the summer, something that can make it take longer than expected to get on the roads.

The E6 from the north:

Exit 39, Östra Karup. Follow road 115 through Båstad towards Torekov. Pass Boarp’s trading village and drive another 2 km along road 115. Then, turn left onto Birgit Nilsson’s road. 200 meters into the road is the museum. There is a large, free car park.

The E6 from the south:

Exit 37, Hjärnarp. Follow road 105 signposted Förslöv / Torekov. Continue along road 105 through Grevie and Västra Karup until Hov and road 115. Turn right towards Båstad and drive 2 km along road 115. After that, turn right onto Birgit Nilsson’s road. 200 meters into the road is the museum. There is a large, free car park.

Note! Birgit Nilsson’s road is a narrow and curvy road, with limited opportunity for two vehicles to meet. We advise both car-borne visitors and buses to drive this road as a thoroughfare between the museum and Västra Karup. On the other hand, the accessibility is good from road 115 and up to the museum.

By plane
