A chilly and dark October evening was transformed into a warm and colorful experience when Birgit Nilsson Museum & Stallkafé invited to an Italian evening – an evening filled with music, flavors and community.
The concert began the evening at 6:00 PM in an atmospheric setting where soprano Elisabet Einarsdóttir and baritone Marco Stella offered beautiful Italian tones together with pianist Elisabeth Boström who also offered a few solo pieces. With a repertoire that ranged from opera classics to sensitive romances and lyrical pieces, they captivated the audience with both vocal splendor and emotion.
After the concert, the evening continued in the Stallkaféet, where Italian flavors and aromas took over. The menu consisted of delicacies inspired by Italian cuisine – all served by the evening’s artists, who also provided spontaneous musical elements during the evening. It was an evening spiced with lots of warmth, laughter and a large dose of heart.
We would like to extend a warm and heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and made this evening a success with us. Your presence and appreciation made the evening the success we had hoped for – and more.
Arrivederci – see you again soon!
